Prolets are dedicated to providing a superior service to our valued tenants. This is why our website has been professionally designed for your ease of navigation. Our website is updated as soon as new properties are added to our portfolio or two months prior to existing properties becoming available to rent. If you are looking for accommodation now or in the future, you can either browse our listings or register to receive details as soon as properties are available. Once you have found a property or properties you would like to view, then or call us on 0117 987 8200 to arrange a time that suits you. Remember, we can also offer evening and weekend viewings, so you don't have to worry if you have other commitments during the week.

After deciding on a property, we will ask you to fill in an application form. The form will include tenancy start date, length of tenancy, previous address/es, employment details, reference details etc. Once submitted, we will require a reservation fee, if the let proceeds, this will be deducted from the invoice due prior to moving in to the property, unless of course your application is declined by us or the landlord in which case it will be returned.

On the moving in day, you will be met by one of our experienced staff to greet you with your 'Welcome Pack' and to agree/sign off your inventory. They will also show you how your appliances work and where to isolate your services in the case of emergency.
