Tenants Welcome Pack*

As part of our commitment to providing a service over and beyond the rest, we have introduced a 'Tenant Welcome Pack' which, as far as we know, is unprecedented within the Bristol Lettings market. Prolets believe that it is important to go that little bit further in order to keep our tenants happy and of course, recommend us to others. Don't forget if you do refer us, you could collect a cheque for £150. See tenant referrals

The 'Welcome Pack' will be presented to you on your moving in day. Whilst we are there we will discuss and sign the inventory to avoid any misunderstanding on check out.

Your Welcome Pack will contain:

• Your Inventory
• A list of important numbers and where to isolate services
• Tea bags / Coffee
• Biscuits
• Sweets
• A bottle of wine

We will try to keep the contents the same, however it may vary from time to time.
